10.0A lot of good character. The room and bed were incredibly comfortable. Nice small patio space for breakfast.
− Parking was a little tight. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

10.0Excellent location near downtown Roanoke. Located in a residential area with lovely quiet streets for walking. Lovely home with recent renovations. Very comfortable room and private bath. Breakfasts are lovely with lots of fresh fruit and nice entrees. Our room was large enough to accommodate 2 yoga mats.
