− The only thing that was an issue was the traffic noise. Sadly we didn't know the house was so close to a main highway which meant hard to sleep with the traffic noise

Luxurious in its day, now looking a little tired, but a beautiful outlook.

− The house needs a bit of time spent renovating. Timbers rotting, window seals flapping in the wind, with walkways down to the river now unsafe.
