10.0Exceptionally clean. A lovely setting. I have never seen so much food provided by David & Carol. Continental breakfast was amazing. Even cream cakes were provided. Plenty of fresh fruit. Cereals galore, ham cheese bread. Yogurts, croissants. Fresh milk, orange juice and assortment of teas, coffee. Jam, marmalade, honey and marmite. Self contained with sofa and dining table in one room. Large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. A large selection of towels in bathroom. Well done David and Carol for making our stay one of the best. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many B & B but I can honestly say this was the best. We will definitely be back

10.0Location (access to/from the M5) and facilities were exceptional. The breakfast items on offer were particularly good and generous.
− Road access is via a very narrow country lane - be prepared to reverse to a passing place when you meet a large vehicle!
