7.0This is a great property, lovely old home and the grounds and gardens are very pleasant. I loved my room with the balconies.
− The hotel next door played (loud) live music each night until 11pm in violation of Key West ordinance. I also do not like paying a 'resort fee' for a property that is clearly not a resort. The pool that was available was at a sister property, which I did not use. Guests should not be charged $20 a day for a pool to use, certainly one that is off-site. Additionally, the Hotel Information presented when I booked the room stated that parking was available.... but this cost an additional $20 per day and was located several blocks away from the hotel. The parking situation should have been made clear at the time of selecting a hotel (before booking and paying for the room).

− At time of check in we were not informed we had access to a swimming pool. Additionally, the water pressure was terrible leaving us in the shower two times with no water until the pressure came back just enough to barely rinse off. Finally, you guests could use access to a microwave at the minimum to reheat food. I hated throwing out over $200 worth of food. We have stayed at several other B&Bs and the quality of your facility simply did not measure up.
