L’atmosfera, la quiete e il proprietario simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Colazione con tutto l’occorrente e abbondante

− L’assenza dell’aria condizionata, anche con gli scuri chiusi nelle ore calde, c’era un bel caldino, certo non insopportabile perché a disposizione c’era un ventilatore, ma per essere 10/10 anche un pinguino farebbe una bella differenza nelle giornate afose.
