10.0Brilliant location. Charming property with character and comfort. Every member of staff was exceptional. So helpful and friendly. Excellent housekeeping service - so clean. Lovely breakfast. Wonderful dinner. We loved it.

10.0The staff could not be more helpful, they definitely went the extra mile! Breakfast was also excellent. All and all it was one of the very best service we have ever enjoyed and the hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxing. A must is a visit to the owners vineyard, a real experience!

9.0The room was lovely and we especially liked the bathroom. Great location for exploring Montalcino. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
− There was a concert in the Fortezza the night we stayed - appreciate this was nothing to do with the hotel but it was very loud when trying to sleep. The breakfast options were good but the service was a little slow - we had to ask several times for the items we ordered, but think the girl serving may have been new. Overall lovely hotel, but in my opinion overpriced compared to other accomodation nearby.
