Location was excellent for the Bub Strong Memorial Weekend event in New London. Our host, Will, put on a dynamite pancake breakfast with a smile! Room was quiet and comfortable.

− I didn't ask if coffee could be available before the 8a bkft. time. Assumed it wasn't. Should have asked!

Beautiful place! Dennis and Roberta are fantastic hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was stellar, and we met some really great new people! If you're thinking of staying here, I promise you'll love it!

It was clean and the little interaction with staff; they were friendly enough but not attentive to their property.

− The rate was exuberant for the space and quality. The space was extremely small and not maintained well. There’s a dead bolt lock on the interior door, but not a working exterior lock. I went out to the porch after dinner and the door lock stopped working and I was not able to find anyone to discuss it until I left.I kept the door closed the entire time by placing my belongings in front of the door. I ran out of toilet paper the 1at morning at 9am and I couldn’t get anyone to give me more for 6 hours and only after I wrote a note. I also had no electricity in the bathroom for over 2hrs until I wrote a note because I couldn’t find anyone to help. The sink water is only cold water unless you run the shower, which is illegal. The shower is small and a full term pregnant women wouldn’t be able to use it. The shower water goes from burning to freezing in an instant and it took too much time to shower because of the waters unmixing hot and cold water properly; I had to jump out of the shower to minimize my burning from the inconsistent water. I had to move one of the 2 twin size beds to access the only outlet to charge my phone. They are charging 3 star rates for a 1 star room. Three star rooms have mirrors, microwaves and space refrigerators; this had none of these amenities. The room rate was double every night that it was worth! If I was not disabled I would have left, but I am disabled. The room was loud with traffic, it’s supposed to be a quiet farm, but the traffic was as loud as the Portsmouth freeway. The air conditioner worked barely and was very old. There was nice rocking chairs on my porch but they were filthy and covered in dust. There was a refrigerator to use, three rooms away from me; and I forgot my chicken salad and wraps when I left. I tried to call many times when I couldn’t find anyone to help with these things but the phone number was only a recording and there was no way to leave a message. Cozy stay and delicious homemade breakfast at a family home

The owners, Haley and William, were very friendly and accommodating, and their sweet golden retriever, Bauer, will welcome you upon arrival. The breakfast menu has a variety of options ranging from eggs to bacon, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, and biscuits, which can be customizable (placed the night before). The owner, William, makes everything from scratch -- the biscuits and homemade strawberry jam are truly divine (along with everything else)! Conveniently located between Concord and Lebanon right off the freeway, parking is super easy and the inn is on a peaceful property close to restaurants, Hannaford, and Lake Sunapee. It's a great place for a couples getaway to a quaint area, or a resting stop on a roadtrip. The place itself offers an old, rustic charm true to its farm's history, paired with modern touches (bedding, menu, signs, WiFi) that feel like an authentic New England B&B experience. The bed was comfortable, I had no issues with the WiFi, and the shower heated relatively quickly, with plenty of couches inside, or chairs outside to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. It's lovely to support a family business and experience a home as a lodging option.
