Cosy little getaway in pretty Port Fairy
8.0Was a very cosy room and the old building felt very homey which was nice
Great break
9.0The food and friendliness of the staff, the hotel is close to everything in the town, restaurants etc.
− Some decorating may be required, peeling paint etc.
Nice and cozy. Breakfast was lovely.
8.0It was old and had character.
− Look you can whinge about a lot of things that are not perfect, but it wouldn’t have that character, or feel if it was spick and span.

8.0Great location, perfect if you like to have a walk. Breakfast was very nice.
− Bit more attention to maintenance. Bathroom door did not work very well.
.
9.0Every single person we met was friendly and welcoming. Quirky and homely The food was exceptional Shared kitchenette where we could make tea/coffee
− The room was very small and we kept banging our heads on the sloping ceiling
Do yourself a favour and stay here but make sure you book in the restaurant as well - you will not be disappointed
10.0Lovely stay breakfast was totally amazing - warm large room every last detail thought of and accommodated
− Overall absolutely nothing - fabulous really amazing We had dinner at the restaurant on site food was out of this world and staff so kind and thoughtful - my only very slight criticism was the wine list alcohol selection (which is very first world problem) with such amazing food one would like to have a really lovely glass of wine - while by the bottle offered a little better range we don’t drink that much - all the white wine was sweet nothing dry - I would of loved a French champagne by the glass and would pay accordingly - I would suggest looking at Fowles or Rockford wines (Aust) for an excellent range of rose and whites - reasonably priced - this would so improve the dinning experience to a 6 plus star - really 97% great hard to find what we didn’t like so I know this is very Trivel- thank you loved it and we will be back again - you are very good at what you do
