9.0港から近く、船を降りて徒歩でアクセスできる便利な立地です。 周辺には朝食のお店やレストランのほか、地元の方にも人気の麺屋さんや屋台料理（滷味や鹹酥雞）、タピオカドリンクのお店、伝統的な市場などが揃っており、とても便利に過ごせました。 また、1階のロビーにはティーバッグやインスタントコーヒー、お土産の試食などが自由に利用できるように用意されており、細やかな心配りが感じられて大変ありがたかったです。 全体的に快適に滞在できる、満足度の高い宿泊先でした。
