10.0Everything. Room was perfect, just what we needed including a reslky powerful shower. Alex met us when we arrived and helped us get in. (The room,not the Shower) Made sure we had everything we needed and left us to our stay. Can't recommend the Riverside more

10.0The rooms were clean, comfortable, tea, coffee and a small fridge for milk. The air con was very welcome with the heat wave we were having. Bathroom with large shower, shampoo and shower gel provided good sized towels, beautifully clean.Parking was very good. The entry instructions were so easy to follow, I was sent clear instructions with photos to my phone, would stay again.

The manager is amazing and so lovely..the cleaner however leads a lot to be desired
10.0I was allowed to get my own breakfast and I had my own key to come and go as I wanted
− I left for a brief period of time to go to the local shop to come back to my door open and someone had been in my room like I had only booked 1 night..I felt this was out of order and I felt my privacy had been infiltrated as I hadnt tidied anything away thinking that I had that room for 2 nights with no interaction with the owners or cleaners as I hadnt requested a cleaner after my first night of stopping there. I was very concerned that I didnt realise someone else would be entering my room so I hadnt put my valuables away as I thought they were safe when I shut the door
