9.0Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Liegen und Sonnenschutz finden sich in der Wohnung. Auch in sonstiger Hinsicht ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet - zweckmäßig und modern. Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out verliefen unkompliziert und schnell. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Den Hafen von Milazzo erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten oder mit den auf Wunsch bereitgestellten Fahrrädern in nur 6 Minuten (sehr praktisch!). Die Unterkunft bietet sich daher als Basis für Ausflüge zu den Liparischen Inseln an.
− Unter "Barrierefreiheit" werden aktuell folgende Informationen angegeben: "Obere Stockwerke nur über eine Treppe erreichbar" "Gesamte Wohneinheit im Erdgeschoss" Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain und ist somit nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind sowohl Wohnbereich und Schlafbereich über Treppen zu erreichen. Für uns kein Problem und auch vorab bekannt, da dies anhand der Fotos ersichtlich ist, sollte aber ggf. in der Beschreibung angepasst werden.

8.0La casa è pulita, climatizzata e ben fornita, abbiamo trovato anche macchinetta del caffè pronta all'uso. Il bagno è grande e spazioso così come anche la doccia. Disponibilità anche di due sdraie, ombrellone, due bici.
− Le foto traggono in inganno perché sembra che la casa sia rialzata quando in realtà ti trovi a dormire quasi sotto terra. La luce esterna per le scale illumina quando scendi ma fa effetto discoteca quando le persone salgono e scendono per andare al cancello dell'altro appartamento (praticamente dove c'è la porta dell'appartamento è passaggio obbligato)
