10.0Amazing place well exceeded expectations. Lovely location and walks to go round. Bonus seing the animals and breakfast was faultless. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
− Shower was leaking water down the back and puddled in bathroom but nothing that wasn’t easily fixable.

Great, super clean, comfortable and quiet, slightly pricey but it was a treat, would stay again :)
8.0We loved the setting, location, room etc. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer. Super clean :) We did find that someone took all the extra milk and water etc that had been left out though so there was none left in the morning. A great bonus, shame some guests felt they needed to take so much.
− Breakfast service was slow and seemed a little disorganised. I would suggest and option to order room service for a small tray fee to enable a more luxurious option.
A below average stay.
4.0− Our room was worse than the pictures led on - it had two single beds instead of a double bed, is was worse decorated and setup than other rooms. The constricted shower was inconvenient to use. The breakfast, while decent, was no where near what was claimed. The parking was tight and sometimes overflowing. The view was partially blocked by overgrown bushes.
A wonderful place to stay in Charlbury . Extremely well run .
9.0Loved the location - lay out of the farm - very quiet , but a short walk only from the main village. Very clean - breakfast amazing
− Fans in the room would have helped sleep , in what’s been a hot spell Drain smell In the bathrooms Didn’t see a member of staff to check in our out -felt odd in a B and B - but everything was all ready for when we arrived
