Could not have asked for better!
10.0Absolutely fantastic. Friendly hosts whom are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the comfort of their guests. It was an absolute pleasure staying there and we cannot wait to go back again!! Thank you very much for the great couple of days.

− The place was dirty, l mean it was filthy smelling urine every where, cats and dogs inside the room, toilet brush and cleaning utensils on top of the bedroom table, the balcony that is showing on booking.com pictures it's not there, that place is a scam that scams tourists. Couldn't even sleep there because of the worst condition of that place ended up sleeping on the road in my car. That place is a mess l'm still having trauma when l think of that place. It's suppose to be taken out of booking.com and any other site and the stars that rates that place are a fraud.

1.0Accommodation is located close to the beach with own separate enterance for private access.
− -Room floor and bathroom was dirty. -Multiple animals in the residence (dogs, cats and birds) upon enterance and throughout the stay. -Breakfast is prepared by the owner, food was burnt to a crisp and could not be consumed. -Cutlery and crockery were dirty as animal fur and feathers were present on items along with dust and dirt -There is no private access to a kitchen or fridge, access is limited -Sliding door from the bedroom to the balcony did not work. The following items was not recieved but listed on the booking form: - Hair Dryer - Bathroom toiletries (soap recieved only) - Clean towels (towels provided were stained and heavily used multiple times) - Flat screen TV (box shaped TV in room but not plugged in or usable or accessible) - Kettle is old and molded provided in bedroom - No cups or saucers provided with tea or coffee - Breakfast table offering cereals is used and canisters are dirty containing the cereal options - Bathroom shower glass was dirty from previous guests, bathroom bin was not emptied, linen on bed is old and torn, dog and cat hair is present through the room -Smell of the house is off putting as dog and cat urination is smelt throughout. -Bedroom lamp lights do not work, lights are very dim in bedroom. - No fan in the room

1.0We didn't stay. We were not expected as they hadn't checked their bookings. The conditions were not acceptable.
− From the attitude of the host to the cleanliness. The photos and description are somewhat misleading. We left immediately and await an outcome from booking.com. Out of pocket and no word of a refund.
