10.0Great location, clean, quiet and spacious room. Ideal for where we had to go (Duiven), great communication by the host. Lisa even went above and beyond by ensuring there were gluten free breakfast options for me. The breakfast in general was generous and delicious. Highly recommend staying at Grote Byvanck
