10.0Great location, Kay and Steve were very welcoming and the accommodation was great. The breakfast options were very good.
− The bed was a little uncomfortable but didn't spoil our stay
Everything was better than expected other than the traffic noise.

− The location on a busy main road meant we had to have the windows closed at night because of traffic noise - unfortunately it was also during a heat wave!
