8.0Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Didn't expect housekeeping so it was a lovely surprise when we got back from being out all day during the ironman race
− A little dated decor, beds were a bit wobbly, however it was great for the price and the purpose

− Someone was a bit noisy in the morning making calls outside our bedroom a bit too early. But it didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay
