9.0Location Location, facilities A shared house, you have your own room and shared bathroom if others are staying, can use the kitchen, family room, outside deck, BBQ and host very pleasant and not intruding in your space. Very helpful, answered all my questions on messages promptly . Hist doesn't expect you to stay in your room, wants you to enjoy the surroundings
