10.0It is a truly remarkable bed and breakfast. friendly and helpful owners. Spotlessly clean, with locally sourced foo and comfortable bedrooms. My bedroom overlooked the front garden. It included a small ensite with a walk-in shower. Toiletries are provided, plus tea and coffee. There is also a fridge. Breakfast choices included Sandringham fruit juice, fruit salad, and yoghurt. As well as cooked options. A real plus is that guests can go and see the alpacas, sheep, goats, horses, and hens, and safely pat them. The bed and breakfast is well situated for Sandringham House and gardens, some delightful Norfolk village pubs, and the North Norfolk coast

Perfect stay in Norfolk!
10.0Willow Tree was perfect for our visit to Norfolk. The farm is a great experience with a wide range of animals to see: shire horses, llamas , pigs in the woods, sheep and more. Liz & Neil were so welcoming it felt like home. Room spacious good sized bed, shower excellent and pleasant views from the window. Breakfast was tailored to us and truly amazing.
− The wifi did drop out a bit, but there were no real faults.
