9.0Umiestnenie priamo v centre. 5 min chodze od verejneho parkoviska. Velmi ustretova pani majitelka, osobne nam bola kupit flasky s vodou, co sa po celodennom cestovani v horku naramne hodilo. Odporucila nam aj dobre restauracie na veceru. Velmi dobre zatemnene okna - okenice a kvalitne sietky proti komarom.
− Boli sme cez vikend, tak bolo do neskorej noci hlucno od zabavajucich sa a potom skoro rano bol zase hluk od upratovacej mestskej sluzby. Za to vsak ubytovatelia nemozu.

9.0Excellent location right in the heart of the charming town of San Gemini. Free parking is available just 100 meters away, outside the town walls. Luigi was very friendly and met us at the entrance to the old town, making check-in easy. The room was small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It was recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. A great choice for a short stay while exploring Umbria. Highly recommended!

10.0La posizione dell'alloggio era a pochi passi da dove dovevamo andare noi la sera del sabato (Teatro Comunale). La stanza era adeguata ed il letto comodissimo. Pulizia eccezionale. Ma l'aspetto che maggiormente mi ha favorevolmente colpito è stata l'accoglienza e la cordialità del Sig. Luigi che, ospite gentilissimo, si è prodigato veramente molto per offrirci il maggior confort possibile: attento, sempre presente, una risposta alle nostre domande. Sì, mi sento di doverlo ringraziare perché ha reso spensierato il nostro breve soggiorno.
