10.0I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They consistently checked in with me to make sure everything was okay, which made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The rooftop was one of my favorite parts of the hotel. It's a beautiful and comfortable space where you can enjoy your meals and relax peacefully. It created such a calm atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The hot water worked well, which is something I truly appreciated after long days of traveling. I would especially like to mention Barkat, who took exceptional care of me. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and always made sure I had everything I needed. His kindness and attentiveness made my stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
