10.0We had an exceptional stay at Volcano Terrace Bali! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. One of the highlights was the convenience of renting a scooter to explore nearby shops and attractions. My spouse absolutely loved the experience, and we’re already planning to stay here again the next time we visit!

− Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. There were many flies everywhere, which made the stay quite unpleasant. We had issues with electricity, and there were very few power outlets available. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, with dirt noticeable everywhere. The provided hairdryer barely worked, and we also encountered a broken toilet. The facilities felt poorly maintained, which left a bad impression. Next time, we will definitely choose a different accommodation.
