8.0The location was within walking distance of the Rowley race course and a 5 min taxi ride to the July course. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends.

10.0Excellent location, great parking, and property finished to a high standard. Nice little touches such as bottles of cold water in the fridge in our room. These were very much appreciated in the extreme heat during our visit!

− Not a hotel more like a hmo. Very noisy can hear the next room snoring passing wind going to the toilet
