10.0Very peaceful hidden retreat. Besides the excellent location, the beautiful landscape and the tranquility of the nature the staff were so friendly. We were in very good hands with Kathrin, from the transportation organisation from Ha Noi up until our last day.
− The bikes were a bit low maintenance mainly because the breaks on the bikes were bad and accident prone

2.0− While the backdrop is scenic there are a couple of issues which one should keep in mind: 1) the approach road to the place is riddled with potholes and that seems to frazzle the Grab drivers 2) we had a power outage almost throughout the night we were there. Crying shame to come on a vacation and have the night spent in sweltering heat and humidity

9.0Logement incroyable je recommande a 100% ! Personnel adorable, j’ai pu partir le soir sans frais en plus. Lieu calme, apaisant, vraiment agréable ! À proximité de toutes les visites, beaucoup de Grab !

− Cleanliness is not top notch. Breakfast was dull, and not super fresh (bread was dry). We also rented a bike, but the maintenance level was poor. Its lights did not work, and it would shut down when standing.

9.0The nature surrounding the place was phenomenal, so many great views and the reception staff was great, they also had motorbike for rent which was cool.
− Because it was in a very green like jungle area there were many bugs, not that it’s the hotel problem it’s just that i don’t tolerate bugs at all.
