− I had an early flight and had placed my breakfast order when I arrived in the evening, but it was forgotten the following morning. Eventually, I was served, after I reordered the food, but only 5 minutes before the shuttle departed.

− Bad customer service. The bed mattress was finished needs replacement. The sheets were akso worn out. The switch fr the light was very ancient
