10.0Fui a Pichilemu para surfar e tive uma experiência excelente no hotel. Cheguei antes do horário do check-in após minha sessão de surf e fui recebido imediatamente, pois o quarto já estava disponível. O atendimento foi impecável, especialmente do recepcionista (infelizmente não lembro o nome), que literalmente salvou meu dia quando esqueci a chave dentro do quarto e entrou por uma pequena janela para abrir a porta. O café da manhã é incrível, o quarto é muito bom e a cama extremamente confortável e quentinha.
− Sinceramente, não tenho nenhum ponto negativo relevante para destacar. Minha experiência foi muito positiva do início ao fim.

9.0La habitación era cómoda, amplia muy limpia y la atención personalizada fue excelente. Agradecemos enormemente todos los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros para que tuviéramos una estadía romántica y muy hermosa. Esperamos volver sin duda!
− Lo único que creemos qué faltó fue la calefacción, ya que la estufa estos días de frío no lograba temperar toda la habitación y sobretodo el baño. Lo demás excelente!
