Great way to Practice Italian in an awesomely relaxing small city, Carloforte, great beaches.
10.0I did not expect that the room would be cleaned and the bed made every day. Luca the host was super nice. The common area kitchen was very nice with everything you need. The location could not have been better.... go right out of the door, turn right and walk about 50 steps or less and you are in the main square "Piazza Republica"... this was an awesome cultural experience... the community comes awake for their morning cappuccino and cornetto, then it is quiet for a few hours, then awake again around 1pm, then asleep from 2 to 6pm, and then really alive from 6 to ....well I am not sure, because I went to bed before everyone else! Also, the beaches were awesome... I rented a scooter to get to them which was well worth it.
− Not having my wife with me :(( Traveling with your spouse and family really amplifies everything. They would have loved it.
