We would stay here again.
10.0We were warmly greeted and helped with our luggage. The restored structure is beautiful and enhanced by outdoor garden space. The common rooms are lovely with many antique furnishings and period decor. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts, Lisa and Scott, served up a delicious breakfast with homemade foods and attention to each person’s preferences and needs. We had a lovely stay!

10.0Beautiful old restored home. I stayed in the upstairs Gardener room after section hiking 2 weeks on the AT. The location is perfect. You can walk right off the trail into the property. Bed was very comfortable and Scott and Lisa were fabulous hosts. They make a delicious breakfast!! I was also able to park my truck on their property while hiking, giving me peace of mind.
Great place for visiting Shenandoah Park, local caverns, meeting interesting people and relaxing.
10.0Everything. Scott and Lisa were wonderful hosts, full of information about local sights and restaurants. Lots of hikers and nature lovers come through their door, making a stay there a stimulating experience.
− We had bad luck with the weather, but that can't be blamed on the property.
