10.0Breakfast was excellent - Fresh fruit & cereal then personalised a choice for cooked items each morning. Location perfert sitting between, and within off road walking distance, of the villages Old Buckenham and New Buckenham - we called them the one pub village and the two pub village.
− Matress and pillows a little firm, although I'm sure our excellent hosts would have helped if I had actually mentioed this

Made very welcome, the little extra touches were fantastic ( toiletries and some amazing chocolate brownies)

− It was a bit warm but we were having exceptionally warm weather, and a fan was provided, would love to o during the winter as I think it would be really cosy!

8.0It was a lovely barn conversion with very comfy bed, nice room, very clean and good shower. The breakfast was excellent and the host very friendly. Parking was good and it was very quiet. Tea and coffee on tap anytime in the breakfast room was a nice touch
