7.0The location was amazing! The room and bathroom were clean and enjoyed the photogenic art and Victorian furniture.
− For a bed and breakfast description, it should be made more clear that this entails a serve yourself from the refrigerator "continental" type breakfast. Muffins, bagels, fruit, etc. The photos online showing a dining room table and seating were misleading.
Fabulous time at a wonderful place at very reasonable price.
9.0Location on Dickson street but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
− Parking was free so hard to complain. Not withstanding it was a little tricky maneuvering out of top to available spaces with a larger car.

− Parking was not great. I have a Chevy Tahoe and the small spots on a hill were not ideal. I would have enjoyed an actual breakfast versus continental.
