It was an unexpected getaway from home and the owner was very accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful stay with a couple of small glitches.
8.0The location was fabulous - very close to Pukekara gardens and walking distance to centre. We had a lovely room and bathroom and the use of a wonderful lounge with Sky TV and a lovely kitchen / diner The breakfasts left each day were very good. Very helpful host - TV was not working when we arrived and he got it fixed
− It was very hot and sunny while we were in New Plymouth so the room got very warm and there was no A/C The room was at the front of the house near to the road so was a bit noisy with traffic noise. Powerful shower but it needed a finer spray head to prevent water spreading beyond showers area - the whole floor became very slippery
