The remote location and beach access. Meeting other travelers.

− Very basic rooms and high prices shared bathroom no hot water. In a remote location like this room should be max 500 pesos.

The proprietor was very friendly Nd the location was good. I likes the space. A seperate dining kitchen and a large bLcony.

− Bath & sink dirty, toilet stopped flushing, shower didnt work then when fixed was only cold and had to stand in. Dirty bath. No towels or soap. I expected basic but it fell below that standard. It felt like they had not prepared for guest arrival.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly. The cats and dogs were very affectionate, although it was hard to keep them out of the room! It was pleasant staying in a mangrove swamp, next to the sea. A bonus was that the shared kitchenette and bathroom was all ours during our stay, as nobody booked the other room in the main house. That was the "Lakeview" room and did actually overlook the lake behind. The resort was about a 10-minute bike ride to Bayawan city, near enough to get any essentials. Guests are expected to keep the house clean and tidy, so be ready to sweep and wipe around you. Again, we were the only occupants of the main house, so tidiness was not a problem. The only thing the staff do is empty the bins sometimes. All in all, the place is very good value for money and well-located.

− Perhaps I misread the resort description, but I booked a "Seaview" room, only to discover on arrival that there was no sea view at all. The beach itself is quite long, but I wouldn't recommend swimming in the sea.

Good stay near Bayawan

Lovely owners and the attic is great to hangout, right by the beach too. The bed was comfortable and AC worked good. Bring bug spray because there are many mosquitoes around!

− Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, not sure whether due to the other residents not cleaning up after themselves or something else. The hot water was broken but they had a second one upstairs in the unfinished bathroom.

This is the best place for a family get away! The owner, staff and everyone around is very friendly and accommodating. W

Good location, nice, friendly people. I recommend to everyone who is near of Bayawan and searching good quality for good price...Owners of this facility are very nice people...Me and my girlfriend like going back there, good place for holiday...
