Good, but could have been great.
6.0Plenty of potential. Building has great character. Middle of town. Comfy amenities.
− Stains on bed sheets. Battery flat on heater remote meant didn't work, cold night. Could not leave possessions in bathroom as ridiculous set-up meant unlockable door to other guests.

5.0The room was spacious,clean and comfortable,the towels ginormous , decor quirky. Gaining entry was a little fraught. The bed was exceedingly comfortable but only one half of the electric blanket worked and the room heating was pathetic . To describe a bowl of cereal and cold milk as breakfast is a bit of a stretch. The kitchen lacks a microwave. Value for money, questionable.

− The room was not an ensuite as advertised. The bathroom is outside the room. The bed was worn and uncomfortable. Spider webs and dust can be seen collected behind the tv and in the corners of the ceiling. There is no workspace in the rooms. The room windows do not shut. One needs to work in the communal lounge and dining area. There is no breakfast. The room was only serviced once during my 3 day stay and that on the last day. There no bins to dispose of rubbish in the room or in any other areas. Breakfast is non-existent. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as advertised, only body that was diluted.
