8.0Very nice home. Very happy with our stay! Pros: *The view from the house and deck was amazing and an incredible full city view from the end of the street. (Took incredible panoramic evening photos of the city) *Very clean, beautiful home. *Very lovely and welcoming owners *Food and water provided in shared kitchen Cons : Our Room was a bit small and hot but the fan provided helped. View from our room was the driveway, street and houses across the street. It was not in walking distance to shops and restaraunts. Overall very happy with our stay here . We would stay again as the price was right for such a beautiful home.

9.0Très belle maison partagée dans le très beau et chic quartier de North Vancouver. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain et les toilettes partagés étaient propre et les espace communs étaient beaux, confortable et spacieux. Le patio avec la vue sur la baie de Vancouver était très agréable. La localisation est bien, dans un beau quartier, mais une voiture est un plus pour se déplacer. Il y a de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner à disposition dans la cuisine (bagel, croissant, café, thé, lait, peanut butter, fruit, céréale, yaourt, confiture). J'ai vraiment apprécié ma nuit passé ici.
− L'insonorisation (dans la maison) n'est pas le top, mais comme partout dans les espaces partagés au Canada. Cependant je n'est pas été dérangé lors de mon séjour, la nuit fut tranquille. Le quartier est très calme (pas de bruit de route ou autre).
