9.0Nonostante il soggiorno di una sola notte, abbiamo apprezzato l'atmosfera signorile ma accogliente, la tranquillità e la sensazione di relax. Personale garbato e disponibile. Colazione ottima!
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Frühstück gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host könnte besser sein.
7.0Die Unterkunft war toll gelegen, mit dem Auto war man in wenigen Minuten im schönen Bassano del Grappa. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war super leise und angehehm, das Bad auch sehr schön. Emma und Giada (Frühstück und Rezeption) waren super nett.
− Die Kommunikation mit Danny war nicht optimal. Manchmal hat es im Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen. Die Anlage war nicht super gepflegt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt bzw. Neue Handtücher gebracht. Es hat an einer Decke gefehlt und Danny hat nicht auf meine Nachricht reagiert.

8.0The hotel is a villa in a wonderful estate. The staff member who received us was nice and gave us a quick tour of the building. The room was ample and the bathroom comfortable. Despite the old age of the building, the shower, tub and bathroom installations were overall modern. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice, the coffee was delicious and the ingredients were excellent.
− Unfortunately, the temperature control of the room was a problem. For context, we are in the middle of a very hot summer in Italy. I booked this hotel understanding that it had good air conditioning (as informed in the description available in Booking). Both A/C units in the room were not functioning when we arrived. While the staff tried to assist, one A/C was never functional and the other was finally turned on but was not cooling, just ventilating. The manager proposed we sleep with open windows so that the breeze could help manage the temperature. Unfortunately, there was no breeze during the night. Because of this, I struggled to get a good night's sleep.
