7.0Location was very good, near train station and very close to the beach.
− Had no hot water for over a full day. Owner did respond quickly but solution took two service visits to solve. A little bit sparsely furnished although everything needed was there. It had more steps than I needed, I should have done more research.

10.0Excellent location. Great base location from which to visit the other villages. So close to train without the noise. The property is exactly as shown on line. No coffee maker (other than french press) but a wonderful coffee place right downstairs. Perfect!! Loved our stay. So perfect to have three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Dining room perfect for card games with family. The staff was fabulous and friendly and got us checked in quickly. The place was spotless.
− The beds were uncomfortable but maybe that is an Italy thing? Mattresses a bit thin. But still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

10.0Host was there to greet us - even though due to a train strike we were later than arranged, there host was there to meet us (plus the late arrival fee) but understandable.
− Due to circumstances beyond our control we were much later than planned.
Had a great stay in Cinque Terre, great beach, fantastic food and drink options.
10.0Excellent location, close to beaches, cafes, and shops. Spacious unit able to accommodate a large family. Very close to train station.
− Would have been nice to have air conditioning.
