9.0La stanza e la colazione buonissima
Insomma, un esperienza assolutamente da consigliare e, perchè no, da ripetere.
9.0Si tratta di una struttura indipendente inserita in un contesto molto verde, circondata da parchi e laghi con percorsi facilmente agibili sia a piedi che in bici. Da lì inizia anche una comoda pista ciclabile che porta fino al paese di Porto Potenza Picena. La posizione dunque è ideale per coloro che cercano comodità e privacy evitando il classico affollamento del centro; sono comunque raggiungibili in poche pedalate ogni singolo servizio. La casa è molto confortevole, comoda con spazi più che adeguati. Ci sono angoli che consentono di pranzare all'esterno e di leggere comodamente un libro. Se a tutto ciò andiamo a sommare le ottime colazioni dove ogni mattina avete la possibilità di gustare i dolci realizzati dalle sapienti mani di Daniela in un accogliente ambiente con una visuale stupenda sui laghi. Comunque, tutta la famiglia: da Sandro, perfetto padrone di casa che offre suggerimenti per le varie escursioni (anche da lui organizzate, come guida turistica, in bike o e-bike); alle figlie Pici e Mimma, pronte con la loro freschezza a supportare ogni esigenza; alla nonna Maria che con la sua simpatia e cordialità può diventare la piacevole compagna di due chiacchiere.

9.0Casa di pici è veramente bella e spaziosa, ottima per chi viaggia con e bike. Accoglienza ricevuta ottima e Sandro si è rilevato una eccellente guida cicloturistica. Complimenti a Daniela per le ottime colazioni ( torte buonissime) grazie per il soggiorno.

10.0Gentilezza, entusiasmo e voglia d'innovare, cordialità e disponibilità di Sandro e Daniela e della loro famiglia costituiscono il plus. Per il resto è tutto adeguato, pulito, comodo ed accogliente. Possibilità di parcheggio interno, comodità rispetto alle vie di transito, vista del laghetto dalla terrazza della colazione, ed il sentiero pedonale a poca distanza. C'è poi la possibilità di affittare una bicicletta e le informazioni turistiche di Sandro ci sono parse molto utili.

10.0Siamo stati accolti con grande ospitalità. Grazie a Daniela ed Alessandro ,sono di grande aiuto nel suggerire posti da visitare, hanno anche molte proposte alternative . Si vede che hanno una grande conoscenza del loro territorio e si percepisce l'amore L'appartamento è ampio, dotato di ogni necessità, ottima la proposta di colazione offerta
