7.0Location was fabulous close to everything Bowness has to offer. Lots of great bars and restaurants and great bus service. This is a lovely, homely b&b. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. Good Cumbrian breakfast.

First time in 36 + years that we have been in this position. Standards are usually excellent and we have never had to go

9.0Breakfast was ordered previously and a time at our choosing was available to us, the breakfast was served hot and well presented. Jill ensured we were happy with everything Great central location to town and a bounty of different places to eat . Will definitely be back . Worth a mention that the owner met us from the car park at Rayrigg met us and took us to our accommodation thanks Phil.
− Although we booked an economy room, I feel that the decor looked a bit dated and also the bathroom and shower could have been cleaner. My wife found the breakfast a bit overly greasy although she did eat it all. Our bedroom door was a bit ill fitting and required 2 attempts to pull it tight
