1.0No sign no phone number scam...
It was a great stay.
9.0If you are looking for a place with stories, with a present host, who has a lots of amazing stories to share with you, and on top of that you will have a nice breakfast with delicious coffee - then this is the place for you. Bob proved to had been a wonderful host and cook (yes, every morning we had amazing pancakes with a maple syrup abd bacon, orange juice and a delicious coffee). The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and wi-fi - very reliable. If in the area ever back again - we would like stay with Bob.

1.0No one on sit when arrived and could not contact him in three different methods

8.0Host was gregarious and very solicitous...making sure we had what we needed. He fixed us a nice breakfast. Enjoyed hearing about his vet practice and current business ventures. One of my fellow travelors was a rancher and she really enjoyed sharing ranching stories with him
