− I wanted to write to you on the hardship that I underwent at the Blue mist Munnar which I booked by your website from 27-May-26 to 30-May-26. I booked two deluxe rooms with balcony that provide a stunning view in Blue mist Munnar, as its my family travel; I asked for adjacent two rooms but they allotted a room that was a floor away. One of the two rooms was too small than what it was mentioned in the booking.com website it had no dressing mirror and when asked for one they couldn't provide and I asked them to reduce the tariff to compensate the hardship but it was declined. I paid Rs.18,000/- for 3 days x 2 rooms @Rs.3,000/day and receipts were n’t issued despite asking for it. Mr. Prakash who is the contact was never available at the Blue mist Munnar and our repeated plea to the available care taker to inform Mr. Prakash on the hardship that we faced and to take necessary action were never taken forward. Also, its quiet disheartening to call Blue mist Munnar a hotel but it is rather a homestay and charging Rs.3,000/day is very exorbitant. Requesting you to initiate action against Blue mist Munnar &initiate a refund of excess amount that was charged for me for the small room.
