Nel cuore del centro storico, all'interno di un antico palazzo, si trova un appartamento elegante e accogliente, dove il fascino della storia si unisce a tutti i comfort moderni. C'è l'aria condizionata, armadi belli e molto capienti e tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa. Per la colazione basta fare due passi fino allo storico Caffè Poliziano, uno dei locali più iconici di Montepulciano: dai suoi balconcini si gode una vista che sembra uscita da una fiaba toscana. E il valore aggiunto ha un nome: Federico, il proprietario. Un padrone di casa estremamente gentile, attento e sempre disponibile, pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La sua accoglienza e la sua disponibilità fanno davvero la differenza. Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale. Torneremo con grande piacere e consiglieremo questo posto a tutti!

10.0Property was right in the Center close to shops and restaurants. The car park was close to the property as well Apart from that the apartment was clean and spacious Host was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit The view from the B Fast place was to die for 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Wspaniały pobyt, we wspaniałym miejscu, do którego bardzo chętnie wrócę.
10.0Wspaniałe miejsce i wspaniała opieka Filippo właściciela apartamentu. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócimy do Montepulciano to tylko tutaj. Nasz olbrzymi apartament był na poddaszu kamienicy, przestronny, pięknie odnowiony salon z sypialnią i nowoczesną łazienką, czyściutko i pachnąco, pięknie urządzone, no i bardzo cicho. Apartament położony w ścisłym centrum Montepulciano do którego ograniczony jest wjazd samochodami ale zadaszony parking za 10 euro za dobę znajduje się parę kroków od apartamentu (https://maps.app.goo.gl/LE8T6kpkNA98pp4D9). Na śniadania Filippo polecił nam znajdującą się właściwie na przeciwko Caffe Poliziano (https://maps.app.goo.gl/CyEjmUgoRZpsFihM9) - crossaint z kawą za 5 euro, pełne śniadanie kontynentalne 8 euro, więc naprawdę dobre ceny, a do tego obłędny widok z balkonu na Toskanię, na obiad/kolację Filippo poleci Wam również świetne miejsca:)
