8.0La struttura è molto bella, curata e pulita, con una piscina davvero piacevole che rappresenta un valore aggiunto. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo e l'ambiente è ben tenuto. L'unico aspetto che mi sento di segnalare riguarda la presenza del proprietario, che è risultata piuttosto costante. Sebbene sempre disponibile, questa attenzione continua ha reso l'atmosfera meno rilassata e ha trasmesso una certa sensazione di apprensione durante il soggiorno.
− Nel complesso mi sono trovata bene e la struttura è accogliente. Purtroppo, però, l'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato e, ogni mattina, il proprietario la spegneva o la disattivava, rendendo la stanza piuttosto calda e il soggiorno meno confortevole. È un aspetto che andrebbe sicuramente migliorato, soprattutto durante i periodi più caldi.
Se qualcuno deve staccare la spina e rilassarsi un po’ vi consiglio villa Fumarola, totale relax.

− This property does not allow children. Unfortunately,I contacted the property to ask for a cot for our kid me the day before our vacation and the onwer forced me to cancel the reservation while still charging the full amount under the "no-show" policy. Due to what appears to have been a page refresh during the booking process, the reservation was submitted for only two adults. We were actually traveling with our two young children, and the B&B refused to accommodate them, I booked the suite which in the picture shows 4 beds and enough space to accomodate our family. I offered to pay any additional charges and asked the owner to propose a solution. Instead, his only suggestion was that only the two adults should come and that we leave our children behind, which was obviously unreasonable. As a result, we were forced to find and book alternative accommodation at the last minute, just one day before our arrival. I also asked, as a gesture of goodwill, for at least a partial refund given the circumstances, but the owner refused. Besides the extremely poor way our family was treated, I believe the owner's behavior was unfair and entirely lacking in customer care.Our experience was very disappointing.

10.0Andrea is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer die niets te veel is. Alles is prima onderhouden en zeer schoon. Wij hadden een mooie kamer aan het zwembad. Prima ontbijt. Mooi complex en een goede locatie.
