A neat refuge to retreat to among the intense city heat of Perugia.
10.0The room was really impressive; large, decent balcony with lovely view; nice themes; good quality furnishings; big bathroom with powerful shower. Sylvia was very nice and welcoming.
− We reported a leaky air-con unit on our final night, which was particularly worrying as it was just above the TV. The kettle and coffee maker were missing on arrival but Sylvia sorted this out so we could enjoy a coffee at sunrise on the balcony on the 2nd morning. Apparently a previous guest had broken them.

8.0Posizione eccezionale a pochissimi minuti da stazione dei treni, fermata del Minimetrò e stalli dei bus. Contesto tranquillo. Indicazioni molto chiare per il self check-in. La host, Silvia, sempre disponibile e gentile. Possibilità di deposito bagaglio dopo il check-out, basta chiedere. Letto comodo e aria condizionata, ottima pulizia.
− Per quel prezzo (€92/notte per soggiorno di 1 persona) sarebbe apprezzabile la presenza di un bollitore e qualche bustina di tè/caffè in camera, non essendo inclusa la colazione e non essendoci una cucina in comune. Di fatto si hanno a disposizione solo la camera e il bagno (privato).

9.0Camera accogliente, confortevole, luminosa e pulitissima. Bagno impeccabile. Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione FS e da minimetro per il centro. La signora Ivana e’ adorabile e una perfetta padrona di casa. Check in autonomo perfettamente spiegato.
− E’ una casa degli anni 70 e l’insonorizzazione della camera e’ scarsa. Quindi se gli occupanti delle altre stanze sono rumorosi e maleducati (nonostante i cartelli in casa che invitano al silenzio dopo le 23), potreste essere svegliati.
