9.0L'alloggio rispecchiava in ogni modo le descrizioni, era pulito, comodo, Ferrara è stata facilmente raggiungibile. Consiglio per chi avesse bisogno di alloggiare nei dintorni della città
− L'assenza di tappetini sul pavimento del bagno facilitava il fatto che dopo la doccia si trasportasse acqua ovunque, e il bollitore della stanza era rotto (rimaneva bloccato in modalità accesa)

8.0Posizione molto comoda per arrivare alla zona dell’ospedale, polo universitario. Camera spaziosa, con aria condizionata, bagno pulito, stanza silenziosa, con frigobar. Comodità sicura.
− Una delle due camere prenotate, appena si apre la porta, ha le scale immediatamente lì, con il rischio di cadere se c’è buio. Consiglierei di mettere un cartello per avvisare.
