Good location and value but has bathroom issues

Location is good, in the heart of Bari's old city, right next to many attractions and amazing restaurants. Check in is easy and requires no contact with the staff. Air conditioning worked well even though it was 35° out. Bed is big and comfortable. Staff responds quick and is attentive. Overall a good price for what it offers.

− The drain in the shower was clogged which caused the bathroom to be flooded when we showered. We signaled the issue to the staff and they were quick to respond, but since it was a Friday night they couldn't get someone to fix it until Saturday afternoon. Luckily there is a bathtub in the room which we used to "shower". The water pressure is really low, if you have long hair it's impossible to wash it well after a day in the beach. Checkin is extremely late (16h), even though it was marked 15h in the reservation, and they are not able to arrange a place to leave luggage before checkin or after checkout.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the beautiful old town and just a short walk from the see side. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.

− Unfortunately, the bathroom was in poor condition. The toilet was loose and felt as if it could come away from the wall if someone sat on it, which made us afraid to use it. The shower was also difficult to use because we couldn’t adjust it – the water only came from the fixed overhead shower head. We reported the problem with the toilet during our stay, but unfortunately it was not resolved.

Bun pentru o noapte-douǎ chiar în Centrul Vechi

Camera se aflǎ exact lângǎ biserica Sf. Nicolae, la 1 minut de mers. Este în centrul vechi, într-o clǎdire veche transformatǎ în ceva hibrid - restaurant, cazare, depozit, locuințe pentru localnici… Spațiul comun pentru cele trei apartamente este drǎguț, modern, echipat cu bucǎtǎrioarǎ. Camera în care am stat noi este ok, dar nu mai mult de douǎ-trei nopți. Nu este de închiriat pe termen mai lung. Gazdele foarte amabile și rapide în rǎspunsuri. Proces de închiriere super facil. Se gǎsesc locuri de parcare în apropiere. Nu a fost cazul sǎ lǎsǎm maşina la Parcǎri pe termen lung.

− Curǎțenia lasǎ de dorit. La fel şi facilitǎțile. Baia este dezamǎgitoare. Aeroterma din camerǎ nu face fațǎ cǎldurii insuportabile din lunile iulie/august. Intrarea în proprietate este printr-o zonǎ comunǎ cu restaurantul de la parter şi ai senzația cǎ intri printr-un depozit dezordonat şi murdar.

Cudowna lokalizacja, obiekt czysty, zgodny z opisem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem apartamentu.

− Jedynym minusem było to, że po wzięciu prysznica stała woda i wlewała się na kafle w łazience.

situation idéalement centrale, à 100 mètres de la basilique san Nicola (on entend les cloches !), proximité des commerces et restaurant.

− Deux grosses critiques: Pression pour la douche très faible, on arrive juste à se laver, sans le plaisir associé, mais c'est limite pour un équipement de base. Pas essayé d'utiliser la baignoire dans ces conditions. Pas d'assiettes ou de couverts pour déguster de la charcuterie ou du fromage. Les voûtes des murs s'effritent, plein de poussière de pierre ou de moisissure sur mes valises
