10.0We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Luxury Boutique Hotel. Although we arrived well before check-in time, the staff were kind enough to help us store our luggage. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the underground and the main attractions, and we chose to do a lot of walking. Communication with the hotel staff was excellent. Thank you to all the staff for their helpfulness and flexibility. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

2.0Ich fühle mich von Booking.com betrogen ! Soetwas Hotel zu nennen ist Betrug ! Ein Zimmer mit Bad und WC macht noch kein Hotel und schon garnicht den Begriff " Luxury " aus ! Die Bewertung mit 9.3 bei Booking.com zerstört das Vertrauen an Ihre Kompetenz!9.3 ist ein gekaufte Bewertung und damit Betrug ! Kein frisches Frühstück ( nur vorgefertigt auf einem Wagen ),kein Frühstücksraum ,keine Rezeption ,kein Blick ,schlechte Lage ! Schade ,daß Booking.com nicht prüft ,das habe ich bei der Konkurrenz noch nicht erlebt !

− 1.Su Booking c'era scritto " letto matrimoniale e divano letto", quindi ho richiesto 2 letti separati na non li ho ottenuti perché non c'era il divano letto. 2. Per fare colazione( ottima),c'era solo 1 sedia nella stanza , quindi 1 ospite doveva stare in piedi!
