10.0I really loved the location — right in the heart of Palermo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There is air conditioning, so the room stays cool even on hot days. Everything was spotless. The coffee was delicious. And, of course, the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is family-run, and they make you feel like a member of the family from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend this hotel!
