Quiet, clean, close to the train station and a fantastic host

Andrea was a superb host! He sent a video prior to our arrival to help us locate the property. He was so friendly and so helpful that he really made it a good experience. Our room was quiet and cool, which was appreciated after a day of exploring busy Rome. It is close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is offered but we had to head off for a tour before breakfast time so he left breakfast items in our room and arranged a taxi!

− The room we were in was a bit small although very clean and had good amenities. It is on the 3rd floor, so probably not the best for those with mobility issues although there is a small lift to bring your luggage up.

Perfect stay in Roma

Location close to the train station. Clean room. Maintained very well. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. No noise. Excellent selection of coffees in the common area. Andrea the host is fantastic!

Super séjour

Andrea est un hôte exceptionnel, ce qui rend le séjour spécial. Il est de bon conseil et attentionné. Je ne dévoile pas tous ses secrets mais il fait de petites surprises très plaisantes. Le fait de pouvoir prendre une douche après avoir fait le check-out (si besoin) est une possibilité vraiment appréciée. Le mini-bar et réapprovisionné et tout est compris dans le prix (top) de la réservation sans surcoût. On peut prendre son petit-déjeuner en take away si besoin et l'emplacement près de la gare de Termini est super pour découvrir la ville. Bref, un séjour au plus que parfait à ce niveau de tarification. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Amazing Experience

This was, I think, my best hotel experience ever. Andrea was amazing! I always felt like I could ask him for anything I needed, and he helped me so much throughout my stay, from recommending restaurants and cafés to markets and gelato places, and even explaining the best ways to get around Rome. The room was already very clean when I arrived and was cleaned every day while I was out exploring. Each time I came back, I found a new sweet treat and a little trinket from Rome waiting for me on my bed, which honestly made me so happy. 🥹 The breakfast was amazing, and the mini fridge was restocked daily with snacks and drinks. There were even takeaway boxes so you could take something with you while exploring the city. There were so many pastries at breakfast that I always took one with me for lunch. 😅 One of my favorite things was the coffee machine in the room! The pods were replenished every day, and you could have coffee, tea, or even ouzo whenever you wanted, which I really enjoyed. There is also a mini iron if you need to iron your clothes. If you're a smoker like me, you can smoke downstairs in the courtyard. There isn't anywhere to sit while smoking, but it's still much nicer than having to go all the way out onto the street. Andrea is also working very hard on some new rooms, so hopefully they'll be ready the next time I come to Rome. 😅🙏🏻 I also learned that I could have left my luggage there after check-out so I could explore Rome a little longer. There is even an independent bathroom available if you need to take a shower when you come back to collect your luggage, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, this was an amazing experience and there were so many thoughtful little details that made my stay special. I genuinely felt very well taken care of throughout my time there. Andrea tanıştığımız en tatlı ve en komik insanlardan biri. Konaklamamızın her adımında bize yardımcı oldu, başka şehre geçerken bile biz sormadan nerelere gidebileceğimizi anlattı. Hatta bununla kalmayıp yola çıkmadan önce bizim için yiyecek kutusu hazırladı. Kahvaltı harikaydı, odamız çok temizdi. Konum olarak tren istasyonunun hemen karşısında ve tarihi yapılara çok yakın, her yere yürüyebildik. Romaya tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka Optimus B&B’da konaklayacağız. Grazie Andrea!

Posizione, camera spaziosa per due persone, colazione più che gradita e assistenza per posti da visitare. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno conservato le valigie e lasciato un pacco regalo per il viaggio.
