We appreciate very much their comprehension for our situation. We had 2 bookings, due to an error in the booking program. We first tried to book another property and got a message that this reservation went wrong, that booking.com would cancel and that we couldn't book the same property again. Some time later we saw that this booking was made and not cancelled. So we had to cancel one of the two. Thanks.
