Great value for money and an amazing location!
10.0Alfonso was such a great host - very easy to communicate with, always available when needed, and he explained everything about the property clearly, as well as answering any other questions we had. The room was cozy, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is absolutely fabulous, as you can easily reach all the main attractions on foot. If we come back to Palermo, we would definitely stay at this place again.
− The room was quite clean, but the bathroom would benefit from a more thorough cleaning and a little more attention to detail. Other than that, everything was perfect.

− The lift is very small and very intimate if you know what I mean. The TV is poor
AMAZING location, thoughtful and caring host.
10.0This was the perfect location and stay for our 2 nights in Palermo, centrally located, spacious and clean. What really stood out for us was the level of kindness shown by the host, Alfonso. We have a very late arrival which was accommodated without any fuss and even arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, Alfonso was there to great us and show us to our apartment despite the lateness of our arrival. I required medical assistance whilst there and Alfonso reached out constantly to ask if I needed any assistance. Breakfast was provided and plentiful. Without a doubt would rebook this accomodation.

5.0The room was spacious. Host very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. He kindly let us leave our cases there once we'd checked out, so didn't have to lug them around the city all day before catching bus to airport.
− The air conditioning was very weak even on boost, so the room didn't feel cool. The shower had a lot of black mould around the base, the doors and on the wall. The fridge in the room wasn't very cold.
