1.0− Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra, booking üzerinden gönderdikleri mesajda rezervasyonu onaylayan mesaj gönderdikleri halde WhatsApp üzerinden bana mesaj göndererek rezervasyonu iptal etmemi talep ettiler ve ben de iptal ettim. Bu durumda rezervasyonu kendileri değil de ben iptal etmiş durumuna düştüm. Muhtemelen kendileri iptal etseydi bir müeyyide ile karşılaşacakları için böyle davrandılar. Bu kabul edilemez bir oyun.
